Meet Dr. Udouj at Udouj Orthodontics, Arkansas

Dr. Henry Udouj III

Dr. Henry Udouj III has deep roots in both dentistry and the Fort Smith community. After completing his pre‑dental studies at Trinity University, he went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Baylor University. He continued his advanced training at St. Louis University, where he completed his orthodontic residency and earned a Master of Science in Orthodontics in 1999.

Dr. Henry is an active member of numerous professional organizations, including the American Association of Orthodontists, Arkansas Association of Orthodontists, Southwestern Society of Orthodontists, Arkansas State Dental Association, River Valley Dental Association, and the American Dental Association. His dedication to service extends beyond the clinic—he is involved with First United Methodist Church and proudly partners with Fairview Elementary School through the Partners in Education program.

At the heart of everything he does is his family. Dr. Henry and his wife, Melissa, are the proud parents of two children: their daughter, Isabella, and their son, Joseph. Together, they enjoy supporting local schools, athletics, and the arts throughout the River Valley. Whether cheering from the stands or investing in community programs, Dr. Henry is committed to giving back to the place he has always called home.

    Dr. Wiggins

Dr. Wiggins is a proud Fort Smith native and former patient of Udouj Orthodontics when he had braces! He is the son of David and local dentist Dr. Angela Wiggins. Growing up, he attended Ramsey Junior High and Southside High School before heading to the University of Arkansas, where he earned a 4.0 GPA in biomedical engineering. Afterward, he pursued his dental degree at the University of Florida, graduating at the top of his class. It was during dental school that he met the love of his life, Dr. Brooke Wiggins. The couple married in their third year and recently welcomed their daughter, Wrenley Ann. Following dental school, both decided to specialize at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, TN.  Brooke completed her pediatric dentistry training in 2024 and has joined River Valley Pediatric Dentistry in Fort Smith. Dr. Wiggins finished his orthodontic residency in 2025 and is thrilled to be back home serving the community that helped shape him!
